2010 Winter Programme

Venue for talks is SIT Tay Street entrance, Room B1/11 commencing at 7.30pm except the AGM which starts at 7.00pm

Tuesday 11 May 2010 - AGM and talk - "Mining Rakiura National Park and much more" - a run down on lots of topical issues by Chris Todd - Forest and Bird's South Island Field Officer . AGM starts at 7pm.

Weekend 15-16 May 2010 - Tautuku Lodge working weekend in the Catlins (book with Tony Bretherick 2186137 for free accommodation ).

Tuesday 8 June 2010 - Ralph Powlesland - A birding smorgesboard - from kereru and tui in Otatara to bird conservation on the Chatham Islands, Samoa and Norfolk Island

Tuesday 13 July 2010 - Brian Rance - Subantarctic megaherbs - A 20 year study of Subantarctic Island flora
