South Auckland, Wednesday 28 April

  • 10am - Convoy from Te Puea Marae to Manukau Square

  • 10.30am - Convoy arrives Manukau City Centre Square (see map)

  • 11am - March to Manukau Velodrome (see map)

  • 1pm - Arrive at Manukau Velodrome, Powhiri/Mihimihi

  • 3pm - Convoy to Waahi Marae - Huntly

  • 5pm - Arrive Waahi Marae, Powhiri / Mihimhi

    Huntly, Wednesday 28 April

    Local March by Whanau and Roopu of Huntly

  • 10am - Assemble North End of Main Street

  • 11am - March down Main Street to Garden Place, Mihimihi / Speeches

  • 1pm - Continue March Down Tumate Drive, Over Tainui Bridge to Waahi Marae


    Ngaruawahia, Thursday 29 April

  • 9am - Assemble by River before Bridge, March across Ngaruawahia Bridge through main street

  • 10.30am - Depart to Hamilton


    Hamilton, Thursday 29 April

  • 11am - Assemble North End KFC Carpark

  • 11.30am - March Down Victoria Street to Garden Place, Powhiri/Mihimihi/ Speeches/Music

  • 1.30pm - March the remainder of Victoria Street over Victoria Bridge.

  • 2pm - Depart to Te Arawa.


    Rotorua, Friday 30 April

  • 10am - Assemble at Sound Shell, Lake Front, Lake Rotorua

  • 10.30am - Te Arawa lead the march off towards city focus: Tamariki, Kaumatua, Women, Tangata Whenua, Manuhiri. The route is Rangiruru Street, Arawa Street, and Tutanekai Street.

  • 11.30am - Arrive City Focus: Karakia, Formal Ceremony and Speakers

  • 1pm - Depart City Focus, march through city centre to Whakarewarewa via Hinemoa Street, Fenton Street to Old Te Ngae Road on grass verge outside YWCA.

  • 2pm - Depart Rotorua by carcade for Nukuhou Marae, Taupo


    Taupo, Saturday 1 May

  • 8.30am - Assemble at Tongariro Domain.

  • 9.00am - Public Rally at Tongariro Domain, speak around Foreshore/Hikoi Take.

  • 10.00am - Mass Hikoi through Tongariro Street, Taupo, north to the roundabout, back up the other side of Tongariro Street, heading towards Lakefront. Convoy to Korohe Pa, Turangi.


    Raetihi, Sunday 2 May
