Draft Clutha River System Management Plan
- The Clutha River Guardians was set up to monitor the Clutha River, from source to sea. It's aims are to set up, and have accepted, a Management Plan for the river that will protect the catchment area and serve the people of the area with a managed and protected river environment. The Guardians will participate in the upcoming application for consents by Contact Energy Limited for operating licences for their dams at Roxburgh, Clyde and Hawea.
