The CAFCA accounts for April 2023 - March 2024 were presented. Income was reasonably steady MOTION (James Ayers/Diana Shand) That the income and expenditure accounts be accepted CARRIED

CAFCA/ABC ORGANISER ACCOUNT:

James Ayers presented the CAFCA/ABC organiser account for April 2023 - March 2024. MOTION (James Ayers/Graham French) That the CAFCA/ABC Organiser accounts be accepted. CARRIED

ELECTION OF OFFICERS:

James Ayers, Murray Horton, Paul Piesse, Terry Moon and Colleen Hughes were standing again. MOTION (Graham French/Daniela Bagozzi). That those Committee members who are standing again be elected to the Committee for the 2023/2024 year. CARRIED

MOTION TO ADOPT NEW RULES:

Marty Braithwaite spoke to Graham French's proposed amendment that 16a becomes 4 members, General discussion but not agreed. Proposed rules adopted unchanged. Moved Paul Piesse/Colleen Hughes CARRIED

ORGANISER'S REPORT:

Murray Horton presented his annual report, which will be in the April 2025 Watchdog, Terry Moon gave new Website update. MOTION (Murray Horton/Brian Turner) that the Organiser Report be accepted. CARRIED
