CAFCA ACCOUNTS:

The CAFCA accounts for April 2024 - March 2025 were presented. Income was reasonably steady. MOTION (James Ayers/Colleen Hughes) That the income and expenditure accounts be accepted CARRIED

CAFCA/ABC ORGANISER ACCOUNT:

James Ayers presented the CAFCA/ABC Organiser accounts for April 2024 – March 2025. MOTION (James Ayers/Brian Turner) That the CAFCA/ABC Organiser accounts be accepted. CARRIED

ELECTION OF OFFICERS:

James Ayers, Murray Horton, Paul Piesse, Terry Moon and Colleen Hughes were standing again. MOTION (James Ayers/Warren Thomson). Proposed that Paul Piesse is Chairperson, James Ayers is Treasurer, Terry Moon is Secretary, Murray is contact person. Colleen/Daniella CARRIED

ORGANISER'S REPORT:

Murray Horton presented his annual report, which will be in the April 2026 Watchdog, MOTION (James /Paul) that the Organiser Report be accepted. CARRIED

GENERAL BUSINESS:

Brian suggested going to DX Mail to get a better postage deal.
Paul Titus, Mary McKeown, Brian Turner and Colleen Hughes agreed to help on 50th anniversary Saturday, assisting with morning/afternoon tea.
Discussion around succession planning, particular after Murray.
Suggestion that ideas for succession be raised at the 50th anniversary.
Brian thanked committee and Murray in particular.
